I have found to employ these particular “P’s” in doing my losing weight and my maintenance quest.
First is actually Persistence. I need to be persistent in adhering to our food plan. If I slip up or even make a poor choice, I get right back in there making good choices again.
The second is Patience. There are commonly weeks where my weight stayed the same and when I failed to notice the improvements I’d been working hard for.
